I’m a dedicated pastry chef with over years of experience. My journey into the art of pastry began at a young age, inspired by watching my grandmother and sister bake variety of cakes and biscuits. This early exposure ignited my passion for creating desserts. When I first stepped in French dessert classes, it makes me fall in love with all those cute and beautiful desserts.

My approach to pastry is deeply influenced by the principles of traditional French techniques, yet I enjoy infusing modern flavours and innovative presentations into my creations. I believe that every dessert should not only taste exceptional but also provide a visual feast.

Looking ahead, where I can share more my passion for innovative desserts for all dessert lovers. I believe in the power of pastry to evoke memories and create joyful experiences, and I am excited about the journey ahead as I’ll continue to explore and expand my dessert rizons.
